Stopping Killer Robots: Country Positions on Banning Fully Autonomous Weapons and Retaining Human Control

This report elaborates country positions on banning fully autonomous weapons and retaining human control.

Retaining meaningful human control over the use of force is an ethical imperative, a legal necessity, and a moral obligation.
